There is something special about the rays of the midnight sun, and there is also something special about delicacies from Northern Sweden. Combine the two, and you get our gastronomic experience.

Dundret
Up on Dundret, approximately 750 meters above sea level, we lay out a spread of local delicacies. While we set everything up, you have about 20 minutes to walk around and take in the view. As the coffee is being brewed, the gastronomic experience begins, a journey through local traditions and stories.

One of the best ways to make new friends is through food. On this tour, you will meet people who share the same interest and enjoy the culinary experience that you have all come to savor.
As local as it can be
All our delicacies are as local as possible. Everything is produced in Norrland, often within Lapland itself. Our *smörgåsbord* features an average of 30 different items, varying by season, showcasing what we consider to be the very best. From reindeer and moose to mountain fish and game birds. We offer unique, traditional beverages, as well as dairy products from Sweden’s northernmost dairy, which exclusively uses milk from fjällkor, the traditional mountain cattle.You’ll also find berries in all their various forms and choose to finish with something sweet,

The midnight sun season
The midnight sun season is not very long, it runs from June 1st to around July 10th. This is the period during which we can offer the tour exactly as described above. After July 10th, it remains light enough to be outdoors, and we are treated to some truly magical sunsets and sunrises instead.
